She significantly expanded North America’s largest med spa and has served as General Counsel, Head of People, Director of Franchise Operations, and Director of Risk Management. Her practical legal guidance is rooted in extensive business experience in healthcare regulations, corporate law, IP strategy, risk management, and intricate regulatory compliance. Nicole has overseen M&A transactions and public company mergers exceeding $2 billion and has authored over 10 state laws governing medical spas. She holds both a Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking and pursuing wine studies.
Sarah Covington’s legal career includes work at a top 20 law firm in the IP & AI Practice Groups. Ms. Covington has also authored a legal textbook, drafted and enacted legislation in South Dakota protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities, and is licensed in both South Dakota and Arizona. Prior to going to Law School, Sarah held executive positions at several large health systems across the country, primarily responsible for revenue cycle and clinical operations. She was also a founding member of a healthcare technology company, where she served as it’s Chief Operating Officer. Sarah also serves as adjunct faculty at NAU teaching undergraduate healthcare law and MBA courses. Sarah also serves as a Bar Commissioner for the State of South Dakota.
Covington has received several honors, including being named a Rising Star by the South Dakota Bar Association in 2022.

Thomas Seaman, Esq. is a senior digital health, corporate, and transactional attorney with more than 35 years of experience advising companies across the healthcare and technology sectors. He has served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Government Affairs Officer, and senior in‑house counsel for multiple digital health and technology companies, including Teladoc, HomeTeam Care, Eden Health, GoldenSource, and BenefitPoint, as well as for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 organizations. Mr. Seaman represents clients ranging from startups to public multinational companies and currently acts as outside general counsel and chief compliance officer for multiple organizations, advising on healthcare and telemedicine regulatory matters, compliance, transactions, M&A, securities, governance, technology, licensing, IP, privacy, employment, and related commercial matters. Her prior roles include General Counsel & Senior Vice President at Coast Dental, where she directed legal affairs, managed multi-department operations, and spearheaded the company’s telehealth platform.
